It is the best advantage for our customers that we have all these casting metodologies and producing the molds in our factory in the same plane.
İnterpart Company's casting process-which is proprieatory to only İnterpart Company in casting market-removes much of the margin for error or variation in molding. Throughour eletric melting and molding process, oxides are filtered out and much of the turbulence common to traditional pouring is eliminated, which produces a porosity-free casting that's less likely to crack or warp.

Core Making
One reason İnterpart Company is able to routinely produce complex castings that other foundries find difficult is our willingness to take the extra steps needed to ensure quality. An example is our use of very fine shell sand in our cores, which results in a completed casting that exceeds surface specifications and requires less post-finishing.
